Board of Directors
Anne Ross Metropolitan Title Agency, Inc.
Anne has been the President of Metropolitan Title Agency since 1996.Anne has worked in the title
industry for over 15 years. She is an Attorney at Law with primary areas of practice in real estate and
mortgage compliance. Anne is also the Past President of the Miami Valley Land Title Association and the first to institute its continuing education program. Anne is currently serving on the DMBA Board and is
actively involved on the board of various community organizations.
Ron Weaver Midwest Title Company
Ron is the Operations Manager for Midwest Title. He has been in the title business for 16 years. Ron has served on the DMBA Board for the past 7 years as both Director and as Cabinet Member. Ron has also been active on the DABR Picnic committee for 5 years, the DABR Christmas committee for 2 years and he has chaired the DMBA golf outing for the past 6 years.
Teresa Ganka Partners Land Title
Teresa is the sales manager and a partner of Partners Land Title Agency. She has been a resident of Ohio
for 43 years. Before becoming a part of the real estate title industry, I was in the banking industry for 12
years. I have now been involved in the real estate title business for 13 years. My job as sales manager
entails developing and maintaining business relationships with mortgage lenders, brokers, realtors, and
real estate investors.
Adam Galbraith Countrywide Home Loans
Adam is the Dayton Area Sales Manager with Countrywide Home Loans. Adam’s 14 year mortgage
career has led him to multiple roles as Branch Manager, Sales Manager, Loan Officer and Product Trainer.
His consistent mortgage career has led to numerous awards for volume, units, and purchase business
production. Although this is Adam’s first campaign for a DMBA Board seat, he has been a longtime
member and supporter of the DMBA. As a Board Member, Adam Galbraith will bring a wealth of
knowledge and insight during these challenging times in our industry.
Nick Maxwell Fifth Third Bank
Nick is a graduate of Wright State University with a business/finance major. He has been in the business for 8 years. He started in the business with First Mortgage Bancorp in 2000 and has been with Fifth Third for 5 years. Nick is a 4 time winner of Fifth Third’s President’s Circle Award. He is a member of the DMBA, DABR, and the Springboro Chamber of Commerce. Nick was recently promoted as a Assistant vice President with Fifth Third and is actively involved with 5/3’s annual United Way drive.

President Elect - Linda Klum Countrywide Home Loans
Starting in mortgage originations with Gem City Savings back in ’71. After a brief (well, five year)
interruption in my home financing career. I started originating at Chemical Mortgage in 1986. With
the opportunity to join National City (then Shawmut) in 1987, I began a 15 year stint with Nat City. A
little over six years ago I switched gears and joined Countrywide as a Branch manager in Troy. Linda
has sinced moved to the Centerville offce of Countrywide and is currently the Branch Manager there
for the past year.
Secretary - Karen Vosler Union Savings Bank
Prior to Karen’s move to Dayton 19 years ago, she started as a loan processor and moved to branch
coordinator. Upon moving to Dayton, Karen was a loan officer with several local companies, having
been with Union Savings for the last year. Previously with Countrywide for the past 7 ½ years. Karen
has been involved with the WCR acting as secretary, serving on numerous committees and being
recognized as Affiliate of the Year in 1996. She has worked on various committees for the DABR and
chaired the golf outing in past years. She was recognized as DABR Affiliate of the Year for 2005. Karen
found our industry to be quite rewarding.
Treasurer - Margie Lusk Union Savings Bank
Margie is a Loan Account Executive with Union Savings Bank. She has been in the mortgage industry
for 17 years and with Union Savings Bank for over 11 years. Margie has been active by heading up
the Bank’s community action programs. Margie has served as a cabinet member on the DMBA board
for the last year. She currently resides in Enon with Richard, her husband of 20 years, and their
daughter Alexzandria.
