October 2008 Noteables
The wine tasting was a success. It was a beautiful evening for those of you that have now become wine connessieurs.
The wines sampled that evening are as follows:
- Catullio Prosecco $15.00 a bottle
- Fontana Candida Frascati $10.00 a bottle (my personal favorite)
- Galasso Montepalciano $7.00 a bottle
- Batasilo $10.00 all four are Italian wines.
The Australian wine selected for the evening was Masterpiece 
Shiraz at $10.00 a bottle.

We have lost someone close to those that have been in the business for a very long time, Sueann D. Godsey. In Sueann's memory, donations may be made to ovarian cancer research: NOCC Greater Dayton Chapter, 5913 Hollyhill Court, Dayton, OH 45449; to Hospice of Dayton, 324 Wilmington Pike, Dayton, OH 45420 or to the charity of ones choice. Sue was very active in the Dayton Mortgage Bankers Association as Secretary, Ohio Land Title Association, Miami Valley Land Title Association and the Dayton Area Board of Realtors.
Please keep these individuals in your prayers: Cheri Potenza (mother- Leatrice (Skaggs) Bailey), Karen Vosler (mother- Pauline Fish) and Karen Sumner and their families on the loss of their mothers this summer. May god be with you!
