THE GOOD, THE BAD AND THE UGLY
How is your business going? Hope you are hanging on tight...for the ride. In the Dayton Area Realtor's newsletter it lists that this is the fourth straight month of declines in the supply of available homes for sale. These declines have been accompanied by four straight months of higher average sales prices. This is a positive sign, as supply and demand ratios have historically helped to nudge home values upward again.
Hope everyone has a wonderful and successful summer and hope to see you in September. Enjoy the sun shine!
