PRESIDENT'S
MESSAGE
It is hard to believe that our first quarter of 2006 is over, and that we are already halfway through the second. Most of us are wondering what in the heck is going on! It seems that all people want to talk about are the rates increasing, and where or when will it stop. I have always been told that this is a waste of time.
We can do nothing about rates. Our focus needs to be on building stronger relationships, whether with realtors, builders or past customers. This is something I believe was overlooked by many in our professions the past few years.
The days of going into your favorite realtor’s offi ce are, for the most part, a thing of the past. You must fi nd diff erent ways to keep in touch, and develop creative ways to keep both yourself and current information in front of a vast variety of people that need and use our services.
Break free of old views and practices that limit you to dead ends. Expand your approach, expand your circles, and expand your area of vision. In this way you will open doors to successes that await your discovery!
"Think left and think right and think low and think high. Oh, the thinks you can think up if only you try!"
