March 2009 General Membership Meeting
Speaker: Carolyn Rice Montgomery County Treasurer.
Carolyn Rice has proudly served as Montgomery County Treasurer since her appointment in February 2007. Carolyn chairs the County's Investment Advisory Board, and she also serves on the Board of Trustees of the Community Blood Center / Community Tissue Services and as President-Elect of the Dayton Council on World Affairs.
Prior to her appointment as Treasurer, Carolyn worked 17 years in marketing and business development for a variety of organizations including Reynolds & Reynolds, LexisNexis, Dames & Moore, and Wright State University. Her leadership and organizational skills saw her promoted to positions of increasing responsibility within the organizations she served. As County Treasurer, Carolyn is applying her wealth of experience in management and leadership to better serve the citizens of Montgomery County.
