From Anne Ross, M & M Title Company
In February of this year, Dayton’s two oldest title agencies joined forces. Mid America Land Title Agency, Inc. and Metropolitan Title Agency, Inc. came together as M & M Title Co. The extensive experience of M & M Title Co. includes complex commercial and residential transactions throughout Ohio and several other states. The principals include attorneys Anne E. Ross and Jeffrey W. Gammell, and Wayne W. Gammell.
Anne has been in the real estate and title business for over 15 years and serves on the Dayton Bar Association Real Property Committee. In addition to serving as President of M&M Title Co., Anne has served on the boards and committees of several business and charitable organizations. These volunteer commitments require over 250 hours of personal time each year. Currently, she is the President of the Board of Trustees for the Muse Machine, a member of the Board of Trustees for the Ohio Land Title Association, a member of the Board of Trustees for the Dayton Mortgage Bankers Association, and a member of the Board of Trustees for the Dayton Country Club. Anne also serves as the parent founder/supervisor for the Gingerbread Project, a youth initiative to raise funds and provide creative workshops for the Miami Valley Down Syndrome Association. In recent years, Anne has also volunteered and fundraised for the Junior League of Dayton, Daybreak, Destination Imagination, Junior Achievement and her children’s schools and her church.
In addition to running her title company, Anne is also an attorney with the law firm Ross & Ross, LLP, where she is engaged in the primary practice area of real estate related matters, including regulatory compliance training and corporate and individual representation.
Anne has a B.S. in Journalism from the University of Colorado and a J.D. degree from the University of Cincinnati. She resides in Oakwood with her husband, Jeff Snyder, and children Max (14) and Maddie (12).
