What is it that they say in Dayton about the weather, just wait 5 minutes and it will change? That is how I feel about our business. It seems to be changing every 5 minutes. It seems that as I try to stay up on all of the changes in the market everyday I feel like it is my first day on the job. I don’t even want to talk about the appraisal issues from the core logic point of view. (What is that really?) What does it take to get a loan to the closing table? If anyone out there can give me a hint please let me know.

I hope all of you are weathering the storm. But just wait five minutes and it will change.
