CHANGE IS COMING!

If 2008 did nothing else it reassured us that the only constant is change. If you are
taking the time to read the January newsletter you worked hard in the past year and
made it through and now are buried in refinances. Happy New Year!

I have heard the comment from several people in our business that “it feels like I have a
job again” and what a big job it is. Our responsibilities this year is big as well – keeping
up with rapidly changing programs and guidelines, updating ourselves on compliance
issues, helping homeowners who may be facing financial difficulty, and getting the
word out to first time homebuyers about the tremendous opportunities available to
them in today’s market. Sounds like some long hours ahead again this year!

I would like to thank Anna Osborne and all of the 2008 DMBA Board for their efforts
and I look forward to seeing everyone at this year’s educational and social events. If
you have an idea just grab a board member, we are always looking for input!
