General Membership Meeting

Registration begins at 11:30 a.m. Lunch starts promptly at Noon.  Cost for this event is $20.

Keep yourself ahead of the curve by staying in the know about FHA requirements! At this month’s General Membership Meeting, Scott will address important information you need to stay current about FHA changes that went into effect as of January 1 of this year.

Economic Reality

The USA’s economy is the largest in the world. It is bigger than the collective size of the next four largest economies. Those four countries ranked 2nd through 5th in the world listing are Japan, Germany, the UK and France (source: The Economist).


Stocks vs. Homes

For the 10 years ending 9/30/05, the S&P 500 was up +148% (total return) and the average price of a U.S. home was up +96%. For the fi ve years ending 9/30/05, the S&P 500 was down 7% (total return) and the average price of a U.S. home was up +55% (source: S&P, OFHEO).
