| The DMBA's members
include mortgage bankers, mortgage brokers, commercial
banks, credit unions, servicers and investors, as
well as insurers, appraisers, title companies, closing
agents, lawyers, surveyors, and credit agencies. |

Benefits |
The DMBA offers
a diverse pool of resources to help its members
compete in today's market and to keep them informed
of critical business issues that may affect their
success. Our leadership team is committed and
constantly working to provide members with the
best available programs, resource and representation
through advocacy, education, and communication.
- General Membership
Meetings. Scheduled during the business
week, these monthly meetings generally include
lunch or dinner and are followed by a program
of interest to the DMBA's membership.
- Special Programs.
There are several social and fundraising events
throughout the year that provide an opportunity
to network, recognize member achievement and
to benefit local charities. In the past, these
have included golf outings, wine tasting, Dayton
Dragons' games, and holiday parties.
- Monthly Newsletter.
Members receive Mortgage Interests, the
association's monthly newsletter. This communication
tool provides timely updates on events and current
happenings within the association. It also provides
information on changes within the governmental
agencies of FHA, VA, FNMA and FHLMC.
- State and
National Affiliation. Interaction with
member state and national associations allow
for access to programs that reduce company operational
costs and integrate new technology into current
business practices. the joint efforts of our
association with others also works to enhance
lobbying efforts that provide the real estate
finance industry with a voice on Capitol Hill
and wit the federal regulatory agencies.
- DMBA Directory.
The DMBA Membership Directory is published to
area Realtors, attorneys and other professionals
who may need the services of our member companies.
- DMBA Web
Site. Our web site at www.daytonmortgagebankers.com
is a valuable resource for our members and the
general public. The web site lists the current
DMBA elected officials, offers a calendar of
future events, and has a member database with
contact information for our member companies.
